Is the Starter plan really free?
Yes. Starter is free forever for up to 3 devices and 50 GB of storage, with the REST API, CLI and two data extractors. No credit card is required.
What counts as a device?
Any robot, drone, gateway or IoT device running the MerkleBot Agent or sending data through the API under its own identity.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly billing is paid upfront and saves about 20% compared with monthly billing. You can switch at renewal.
What happens if I exceed my storage?
Nothing breaks. Additional storage is billed per TB-month at your plan's tier rate, and we notify you before you cross any threshold.
Can I cancel at any time?
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the billing period. You can export all data for 30 days after cancellation.
